Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us first at jonathan_james@live.co.uk. Please return the parcel to:

Please contact us via email prior to posting/returning any items. 

We strongly recommend that you use a signed for and registered service such as Royal Mail as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged.  Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed we have received the parcel. 

If you are local please feel free to return the item to the shop directly but do bring with you your proof of purchase either a printed email or that you can show the email of proof of purchase for example on your emails on your mobile phone.

Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service - please be aware that the costs of returns is your responsibility and will not be refunded.  

Once we have received your return then we will confirm this via email.  We will then try and replace or exchange the item where possible or refund depending on your request.  We cannot guarantee exchanges of the same garment due to the high turnover of stock but will will contact you and discuss this if you have requested the same item.  

Returns may take up to seven working days to process from when we receive the item.  Refunds will be made via the method of payment and please be aware this may take a few days to appear in your account and be processed.  

All returns must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch information. 

We are unable to offer returns for hair accessories and earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

We do spend time carefully selecting and packing our products to ensure all our items are in good order - if however in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty we will issue a full refund and refund your postage costs too.  Please message us via email at jonathan_james@live.co.uk prior to returning the item and we will give you instructions.  If instructed to return the item - again as above please use a signed for and registered service such as Royal Mail to return the item as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of damage for the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
